Typically, for individuals, an Accredited Investor is someone with annual income of at least $200,000 to $300,000 if combined with a spouse’s income. This level of income should be sustained from year to year. Or someone with a net worth of $1 million or more, either individually or together with a spouse, but excluding the value of primary residence.
Prior to acceptance of your investment, the Legacy Fund will require certification of an investor’s status. We will provide referrals to assist you in obtaining this certification.
